    This is a Power Damage Build that should work very well. You will be doing maximum damage with you powers while still hitting fast and hard with you basic attacks. Hit your E, Jump in with Q, Hit your W, and basic attack if they are not dead. Now you can back out, or use your W and Q wisely with basic attacks. Remember, hit your R for maximum fun.

    Buy the first part of Hawkmans Harness and the 3rd tier of Fatalities Energy Lance. Then max them both. Once your Starhart is finished you can hop right into the Psi-Scimitar buy selling the harness or you can choose to do so later. With the Psi-Scimitar and the Blue Scarab, you will be doing great damage now with you abilities and your basic attacks. Finish off the build with the Book of Eternity and the Atlantian Royal Seal in either order.
