Robins Cameras because as Toplaner you need vision.
Catwomans Teleport is useful to get back on lane if you get pushed down to low life.
Skillorder is focused on earlygame harass and outtrading.
Early Game : Soultaker Katana as start Item to match with earlygame harass potential of Cyborg, also good sustain if you need to 2vs1 in Top Lane
Then look for Chitas Claw (Tier 1-2) , Zeiss Goggles (Tier 1) and Katana Upgrades , with priority on Katana Upgrades, to have enough lifesteal to fight and to snowball as fast as possible.
Mid Game: Finish Chitas Claw and Zeiss Goggles . To have enough Attackspeed and Crit. Then focus on finishing Katana depending on which Tier of Katana you landed on. You should have got to at least Tier 3.
End Game: Most likely you should go for Deathstrokes Claymore to get something against Tanks. Depending on what the enemy Champs are building you can choose between the suggestet items for example :
If the Enemy Tanks stack armor you should go for armor pen ( In this Case Coda Blade)
I personaly use :

Discounted Zeiss Goggles (Tier 1)
Capacity Soultaker Katana (Tier 3)
Enchanced Deathstrokes Claymore (Tier 1)
-Augments:
Holt - Move Speed (S) /Attack Speed (B) (1.75 Move Speed / 1,08% Attack Speed)
Wayne - Attack Armor (S) /Power Armor (S) (0.44 Attack Armor per Level / 0.44 Power Armor per Level)
Queen - Atack Damage (G) / Attack Pen (S) (1.8 Attack Damage / 1.75 Attack Pen)
Holt - Attack Armor (G) / Health (S) (3.16 Attack Armor / 21.05 Health)
