  • Infinite Crisis has shut down.

With its departure, Dawnbase will be going into permanent read-only mode and will remain as both an archive of information about Infinite Crisis, and a reminder of the times we all had with the game.

Hats off to you all. It was a pleasure, ladies and gentlemen.

    Introduction

Green Lantern is a single target monster but his AoE is abit lack luster in teamfights. Playing him correctly will lead to victory more often then you would think because of how much damage he actually does.

    Stolen Powers
    Green Arrow's Surveillance Camera
Green Arrow's Surveillance Camera can see through Stealth for a few seconds.

Gain charges that are spent to place Stealthed Surveillance Cameras that grant vision in an area around them and can see through Stealth for a few seconds. A limitied number of Surveillance Cameras may be on the battlefield at once. Charges are refilled automatically upon returning to base.

    Robin's Surveillance Camera
Robin's Surveillance Camera has two additional charges.

Gain 5 charges that are spent to place Stealthed Surveillance Cameras that grant vision in an area around them for 180 seconds. Up to 2 Surveillance Cameras may be on the battlefield at once. Charges are refilled automatically upon returning to base.

    Nightmare Superman's Teleport

Nightmare Superman's Teleport provides X Power Damage for 5 seconds after a successful teleport.

Target an allied turret, drone or surveillance camera to blink to it after channeling for 4 seconds. Control points may also be targeted, but only if they are uncontested.

    Catwoman's Teleport
Catwoman's Teleport has a reduced Cooldown.

Target an allied Turret, Drone, Surveillance Camera or Control Point with no contesting enemy Champions, and blinks to it after 4 seconds.

    Cyborg's Teleport
Cyborg's Teleport has a faster teleport time.

Target an allied Turret, Drone, Surveillance Camera or Control Point with no contesting enemy Champions, and blinks to it after 2.5 seconds.

    Green Lantern's Meteor Drop
Green Lantern's Meteor Drop does more damage.

Drop a meteor on the target location, dealing X Power Damage in an area around it. The meteor persists for 120 seconds as a Small Environmental Object.
    Skill Order
    R,Q,W,Passive,E
    Skill Rundown
    Slam (Q)
Green Lantern drops a construct on the target, dealing X Power Damage. Slam deals an additional X Power Damage per stack of the Shattered Will effect on the target, and dispels Shattered Will.

    Constrict (W)
Green Lantern's target loses 70% Move Speed and is dealt X Power Damage over X second.
While the effect is active, using Green Lantern's skills on the target reduces Constrict's cooldown by 1.5 seconds.

    Missle Barrage (E)
Green Lantern fires a missile and creates 2 extras, which can be fired by triggering the skill again. Missiles explode when they hit an enemy or reach max range, dealing X Power Damage in an area and  applying the Shattered Will effect.
Targets with Shattered Will lose 6 Power Armor. It stacks up to 3 times and lasts for 6 seconds.

    Green Lantern's Light (R)
Green Lantern crashes a jet construct into the ground, dealing X Power Damage to enemies in the area. Enemies in the center of the area are stunned for 1 second.

    Indomitable Will (Passive)
When Green Lantern earns a Kill or an Assist he restores X Health.

Green Lantern gains X Power Damage for every 1% of Will that he is missing.
    Laning Phase
During this phase all you do most of the time is poke with W and farm your minons until you know for a fact that when you all in them they will die and you can walk away from it.Early on you will need ward coverage because of the fact that you have no escape.
    Team Fights
In fights you should always focus out the carry with your single target nuke while still trying to hit the most targets possible with the middle of your ult. The burst from this does a insane amount of damage to the point that carries will just fall over.

what is the combo that I keep hearing of? It would be awesome if the guides included the combos you would use so newer players understand how you play the build. Otherwise I'm keen to try this out. GL is my guy.

I was going to ask you in-game to describe your GL build (seemed awesome on the map I ran with you). My question is what happens when you lack a good damage soaker? Most of the time I play Green Latern, I am the first targetted, and therefore first dead unless I dump way too much into armor/health, or have a decent bruiser/enforcer. The later seems all too rare for me. Other than the choice of armor, we have pretty much the same build (I use the one that grants Iron Will because it adds to attack while drawing enough of the damage elsewhere to keep me alive when needed).

When you don't have a soaker you bounce back and forth inbetween kiting with chains and Pandora's box which causes anything you are fighting to pretty much be screwed if it chases you :3
