    Introduction
So let me start off with saying that this will be my first guide for this game. I picked flash because he is my all-time favorite character and a fast paced effective assassin when used correctly. This build highlights his speed and the abilities that can be tagged onto it. I threw in some options for your play style whether it be penetrating or your just getting annihilated without defensive items it's really dependent on you.

    How I play
I start flash off with my Q move to be able to deal damage to multiple enemies at once in the lane and to get me out of an invade if I need to right off the back. I purchase my nil weapon for some life regeneration (NOT A LOT)) but often have to base and run back, no problem with flash's speed. You can see I build his W attack up as quickly as I can while maintaining my purpose, getting in and out. In the late game if you stick with the core items and others of your choice you will max out attack damage while doing a lot of AOE damage to control flow of the lanes. Personally I stick with Nil, Mega, Shade, Huntress, Velocity, and Rha's robe in that order. End game you can gank pretty much anything and be able to do DMG to multiple champions at once which comes in handy. His attack speed with Shademan's buff turns out to be around 1.7 for me with exploding AOE dmg doing close to 200 per hit including my W hits. Works out well. Start off in the lanes and get leveled up as fast as you can and go for bot. This will give you chances at the raider and give you more play room than top lane. Pick off enemies if you can but I cannot stress enough that Q is not used to "get into battle" its used to get out of one your losing. The only exception I would make to this is when you know you can kill 1 person with a Q in and a W finish then leave with the speed bonuses you acquired while doing that. BE CAREFUL, once your Q is used you have to stick out the battle for avg of 7 seconds unless you build for cooldowns.

    Items
The first purchase I make is the Megarod and I build it up to tier 3 as quickly as I can. Flash's attack speed is still pretty fast early game but just you wait. This provides me with more opportunity to control lane AI's and the ability to smash down some early players with the additional attack damage. Secondly I buy Shademans Cane for the additional 21% atk spd and 21% atk dmg maxed out. It starts off with some amazing results but tag on your next 3 purchases with the crossbow and you are doing some serious dmg. Plus that up with the Velocity implants and WHAMO you are doing some crazy DPS on any target plus the targets around it. My last purchase is based on my enemies and playstyle throughout, I more commonly go with the Koda blade for some penetration or the claymore for the same reason + cooldown timer reduction. If I am getting smashed by attack champions, Catwoman and nightmare robin are my worst, ill throw on suit of sorrows just for some defense. If it's equal ill use rha's robe and have a lazzarus effect, even though late game it gets decimated by the time I would normally be allowed to get up. The d it provides though is balanced. All other items are optional based on you. I sometimes like using the Bastion from the Olympus gambit and it pays off for ganking in risque situations.

    Augments/Mods
personal preference on your part depending on how you play flash but I would stick to these augments that suit Flash really really well.

    Powers
Always go for Q first and max out W as soon as possible. I don't find hypervibration to be super effective unless im chasing somebody down or trying to get speedbonuses off of a gank. To me this goes last. Update your R move every chance it gets. I am not going to claim 100% accuracy with the levels it is available but it comes in handy to not take dmg and super handy for relay capturing if you get into trouble. You know the drill.

    Summary
This is my first guide and this is how I usually play flash. Don't hate unless you try it, megarod is so fun. Good luck and enjoy using Flash in this amazing game.
