Infinite Crisis has shut down.

uba oski's Flash Build for Gotham Divided
This is a jungle build.
Pursuant to requests, I am posting a Flash build. I have around 200 or so games with The Flash, albeit this may not be the best build nor am I the best player, but this build works for me.
Mods and Augs
Mod:
+15 power on Fatality Energy Lance
+15 power pen on Marauder Ring
Charged Attack on Blue Scarab
Augs:
Blast
Viper
Orion
Nova
I've found that trying to boost your stats early game as much as possible will result in a better end game or hopefully a level advantage.
So the starting items, buy all cept the ring which will leave you at 200 coin. Go to mid lane and wait till you have 250 and purchase the ring from a tower.
Artifact order:
Finish your Marauder Ring first,
then build a Blue Scarab to Tier 2,
build a Fatality's Energy Lance* after that.
You can sell the Marauder Shield anytime after you build the ring. Basically whenever you are 200 or so short of an item.
Then build a Starheart after the Energy Lance.
Purchase the Radion Shard as a gap filler while you are going for initial 1500 cost of the Starheart.
After the heart you can either go Tier 2 on Dr. Destiny's Dreamstone(sell mana pots when you do) or Finish the Blue Scarab.
Next sell the health pots; then either build Qward Gambit, Eclipso's Diamond, or Book of Eternity. Ultimately, the last item will depend on the other team's characters and items.
This build will provide you with 40% cdr and 500+ ability power.
* Use your Energy Lance on a tank, anyone that buys Power Armor, or anyone you want to see melt.
