Infinite Crisis has shut down.
With its departure, Dawnbase will be going into permanent read-only mode and will remain as both an archive of information about Infinite Crisis, and a reminder of the times we all had with the game.

I go with Joe Chill's -250 revolver, Ziess Goggles Increase Crit, and -200 off (Tier 1) Crossbow
MODS:
Attack Pen+Crit
Attack Dmg+Crit
Attack Dmg+Attack Pen
You should get 4 mods with crit and 1 with Attack Dmg+Attack Pen
Start Of Match:
I buy 3 of the mace and the vial so I can come back after the first battle up top (or 1st kill at bot) and buy the full mace to get Tier 1 of joe chills first. I rush joe chills to get my crit and dmg up then I get a little cooldown off the first tier of the crossbow. After that I get my goggles and finish the bow. By then I start picking items to fit the situation. I.e. armor, more dmg, more will.......
Mid Match: Once you have Joes maxed with the goggles to tier 3, and your Crossbow you should be pretty unstoppable. The cooldown on your whip is 2sec and i believe cartwheel is 4secs. I try to combo my cartwheel with the whip to get the extra dmg but it is important to save your cartwheel to escape sometimes.
Optional Items: After the core items the rest is up to you. With the optional Items above you can go for sustainablity, penetration (if enemy has armor), or more will.
Typically after your core items you should be killing people with 2 to 5 hits and with the low cooldowns no one gets away really.
Its a fun build for her. Try it and feedback is always appriciated. I will add more to it when Patches or changes occur.
