  • Infinite Crisis has shut down.

With its departure, Dawnbase will be going into permanent read-only mode and will remain as both an archive of information about Infinite Crisis, and a reminder of the times we all had with the game.

Hats off to you all. It was a pleasure, ladies and gentlemen.

    Introduction

Arcane Green Lantern protects his allies by disrupting the enemy team with his constructs, healing his friends, and granting armor to nearby allies.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Skills

    Passive: [Emerald Light]
When Arcane Green Lantern damages an enemy with a Basic Attack, they recieve the [Emerald Light] effect for a time.

When an allied Champion uses a Basic Attack on a target with [Emerald Light], that ally regains Health over 4 seconds.

    Health: 20/30/40/50 +50% Power Damage

    Q: [Construct Champion]
Arcane Green Lantern constructs a knight that marches forward, dealing Power Damage and knocking up all enemies it touches for 1 seconds. If [Construct Champion] is activated a second time, Arcane Green Lantern will blink to the knight's location, taking its place and dispelling it.

    Damage: 50/85/120/155 +50% Power Damage
    Cooldown: 16/14/12/10

    W: [Shackles]
Enemy champions near Arcane Green Lantern's lantern lose movement speed for 3 seconds, while they remain within range of the lantern. If they are still within range when the effect expires, they will be rooted for 1 second.

    Slow: 25%/30%/35%/40%
    Cost: 60/70/80/90

    E: [Emerald Lantern]
Active:  Arcane Green Lantern throws his lantern, dealing Power Damage in an area. The lantern remains in the targeted spot for 2 seconds, granting vision of the area. If he touches the lantern, he will retreive it, and [Emerald Light]'s current cooldown will be reduced by half.

Passive: The lantern grants nearby allies Attack Armor.

    Damage: 60/100/140/180 +55% Power Damage
    Attack Armor: 10/15/20/25
    Cost: 40/50/60/70

    R: [Deny The Black]
The lantern's vision range is extended  for 4 seconds, and it can see through walls. Enemies in the area recieve the [Emerald Light] effect.

During this time the ability can be activated again, with an allied target. The target gains a Shield that blocks damage for 6 seconds, and Arcane Green Lantern channels for 2 seconds, and then teleports to that ally.

    Shield: 235/340/445/550 +150% Power Damage
    Cooldown: 145/130/115/100

    Stolen Powers

    [[Flash's Super Speed]]
Arguably the best Stolen Power in Infinite Crisis. The movement speed is necessary to get from point to point. However, you can also swap out [[Flash's Super Speed]] for any of the Stolen Powers listed below, as Arcane Green Lantern can use his Q over walls for mobility.

    [[Arcane Green Lantern's Healing Wave]]
An AoE, Area of Effect, heal that is necessary for any Support Champion. It gives the same stats as [[Poison Ivy's Healing Wave]], except it gives allies and yourself Attack and Power Armor instead of Damage. You can swap between these two Stolen Powers based on preference.

    [[Cyborg's Teleport]]
You can sub this for [[Flash's Super Speed]] if you want. You can use teleport to get to a far away point without popping your ult to defend/assist allies from oncoming enemies.

    [[Gaslight Catwoman's X-Ray Vision]]
This is also a viable Stolen Power since it will give you vision of your enemies for a short while. Get this if you are suspicious of an enemy Champion sneaking around.

    Items
After playing a couple of games with Arcane Green Lantern, I realized that you can build him in a few different ways. In this case, I will be showing the builds for a Power Bruiser and Initiator Support Arcane Green Lantern.

    Green With Envy (Power Bruiser)
    Starting Items

    The Crime Bible (2)
The reason why I get this first is because of the passive. In the early stages of this build, you will be forced to support, as you have little damage. Whenever you get a kill or an assist, the passive will give you a serious health advantage. Especially when you start getting some damage.

    Oa Gambit (1)
This can be built into Oa Gambit (2) to give you extra Credits over-time. This passive will make it much easier to get your items faster.

    [[Two Face's Coin (2)]]
Once you reach 1000 credits, it is best to go back to base ASAP and buy it. The Power Damage per minute and the Cooldown Reduction works wonders.

    *IMPORTANT*
Whenever you get multples of 250 credits, I suggest working on getting [[Hawkman's Harness (4)]]. The reasoning behind this is because when it reaches stage 4, you get a full refund when selling it back to the shop.

    Core Items

    Atlantean Royal Seal (1)
I get this only for an extra boost of Health and Power Damage. You could think of it as a placeholder for your future [[Atlantean Royal Seal(4)]].

    The Starheart (1)
Same reason as Atlantean Royal Seal (1) minus the Health.

    Psi-Scimitar (3)
The reason why I get this is because of Arcane Green Lantern's Q. This will knockup enemies and reactivate Q again to teleport where the knight was. When this happens, you are GUARANTEED a free hit for your Psi-Scimitar. When building Power Damage, this combo has the potential to 1-shot kill Champions such as Joker or Green Lantern for example.

    The Starheart (4)
The #1 item for Power Champions. It gives all the Power in the world, and its passive is an extra +30% Power Damage. Cmahn.

    Atlantean Royal Seal (4)
This item'll give you a ton of extra health for insurance that you will not be taken out instantly. Because of how naturally tanky Arcane Green Lantern is, this health bonus gives you more than enough time to at least take out one or two champions before backing off.

    The Book Of Eternity (2)
Once you have all the other items in this build, I suggest you sell [[Oa Gambit(2)]] for this as you no longer have the need for the extra credits. This item combos well with Psi-Scimitar because of the penetration it gives.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Light Therapy (Support)
    Starting Items

    [[The Materioptikon (2)]]
I believe this was changed to Doctor Destiny's Dreamstone with the new patch.

    Ruby Of Life (1)
As soon as you get 750 Credits, it is crucial that you rush back to base and pick up Ruby Of Life (2) for the Health Collector's passive ability that grants you health for every coin you pick up. Stop at Ruby Of Life (2) and continue the rest of the build for now.

    *IMPORTANT*
Whenever you get multples of 250 credits, I suggest working on getting [[Hawkman's Harness (4)]]. The reasoning behind this is because when it reaches stage 4, you get a full refund when selling it back to the shop.

    Core Items
Now the difficult part. It is crucial that you know who to build against. If your enemy team has a ton of Power Damage on it, make sure you get Kryptonian War Armor (4). However, if the people on the enemy team has more Attack Damage than Power, buy either [[Metallo's Heart (3)]] or [[Steel's Breastplate (3)]]. I suggest [[Metallo's Heart (3)]] because Arcane Green Lantern is extremely Will thirst. This item will give you plenty of Will to stay in the fight longer.

    Kryptonian War Armor (4)
    [[Metallo's Heart (3)]]
    [[Steel's Breastplate (3)]]
    Fragment Of Mogo (3)
    Entropy Aegis (4)
    Ruby Of Life (4)

Great guide, I tried both builds, at least I attempted to follow the guide, but couldn't Doctor Destiny's Dreamstone (for some reason I looked for it in the health category) so I started with the Ruby of Life. :) This was the first  time I tried Arcane Green Lantern and I'm glad I read this guide. Thank you!

Great guide man!  Took a few games to hammer down what to get and when, but once I got the hang of it, I was mowing people down and keepin my team alive!

Hold on. So Gatsby has a green light that embodies his hopes and dreams, that gives him the indomitable will to reach that green light. The color of the car that sets off the chain of events leading to Gatsby's unfortunate end? Yellow. Conclusion: The war between the Green Lanterns and Parallax is present even in the literature of the Roaring Twenties. Mind. Blown.
