  • Infinite Crisis has shut down.

With its departure, Dawnbase will be going into permanent read-only mode and will remain as both an archive of information about Infinite Crisis, and a reminder of the times we all had with the game.

Hats off to you all. It was a pleasure, ladies and gentlemen.

Welcome to another one of my guides. Today you'll learn a solid way to build a strong, damaging Wonder Woman.

Why PD Wonder Woman for Coast City?: If you have another very tanky champ on your team, this is fun to play around. The damage output she has is insane when built PD, but you do lose a lot of surviability. Lifesteal is a must.

As always, let's talk about mods first. I use Enhanced Energy Lance, Enhanced Eclyspo's Diamond, and Empowered Psi Scimitar. Wonder Woman's E still applies on hits so Empowered Psi Scim is strong on her. You also need a lot lifesteal when playing her this way. A modded Diamond takes care of that.

Start the game with Marauder Ring 2 and 3 health pots. You want your lasso at level 1 so you can CC whoever gets caught out for first blood.

Start building up Energy Lance to T3 now for early penetration (March patch is putting Power Pen on Energy Lance) and then rush Psi Scim as your second item. Depending on the stats of Cosmic Belt, you may want to take that to T2 as your first main item instead. I don't know, I will see the numbers on launch day.

From here you want T1 Diamond because you will need the lifesteal for sustain right about now. Then you rush Starheart up to cap. Once you do that, bring Diamond to T2. And now cap Energy Lance, and move onto your options. If you did pick up Cosmic Belt early, you'd probably want to sell it for a sixth item like Book of Eternity. All of the optional and situational items are strong with Wonder Woman in this build.

Ganking: Do not use your ult at whim. Save it for securing multiple kills or team fights. Lasso the carry after they burned their escape if you are in a position to do so. Your psychic assault should help with this. Remember you can jump to cams and drones with your shield to help you put yourself in a better position to gank.

    Special Notes:

E and R: The bulk of your disruptive damage in team fights comes from your AoE abilities. Use them in the middle of the team fight to deal the maximum amount of damage. When you are able to build Eclypso's Diamond, you will be able to survive almost anything with the amount of regeneration you'll have just from lifesteal. I would suggest using your ult in a gank only versus a duo lane when you have a chance to lock both down and secure a kill, if not two. The long cooldown early, and your lack of cooldown reduction, will make a bad ult extremely painful.

Remember, if you like guides, give them a thumbs up! It helps newer players find the best, and most helpful guides.

Good build, but I'd switch Joker's detonate out with Harley's since your're building a PD heavy WW.

Harley's does a little more damage, but not enough to make it better than a slow when using it to take down an enemy. And with Jungle camps and drones, it does not provide you any extra bonus.

Just tested out the build and I really enjoyed being the one enimies fear (rather than the ranged carry next to me). Landing a lasso never felt so good!
