  • Infinite Crisis has shut down.

With its departure, Dawnbase will be going into permanent read-only mode and will remain as both an archive of information about Infinite Crisis, and a reminder of the times we all had with the game.

Hats off to you all. It was a pleasure, ladies and gentlemen.

Lex Luthor. A champion I can get behind... please no innuendos. I'm not that kind of protector.

Lex is a very powerful protector. His damage comes from his Turrets. They're your primary focus. You'll max your Q first and always after you've unlocked the rest of your skills.

Once your Q is maxed you'll want to focus on your E. This skill used on YOUR turrets will cause them to fire rapidly and do extra damage. It's butter. In hectic team fights you'll get kills you weren't even trying to get.

Afterwards you'll want to level your W and your Passive. Personally I prefer to level my passive first since it augments your turret damage and again, those turrets are powerful, don't underestimate their damage output.

For Artifacts, I've personally been taking Fatality's Lance along with a couple viles to start off. (This has been mainly on Coast City of course, RIP GH)

The items I take are (obviously) only power damage items with the exception of the NIL Ring for mana regen, sometimes I feel like I need it , some times I don't. I also feel like they're going nerf the fark out of Lex's regen, damage out put etc, despite the cries on the forums to buff him. I don't run any defensive items at all. I make it a point to avoid being on the front lines. My turrets take the brunt of the damage.

If you play smart, defensively, and CAUTIOUSLY, you'll have a good time with this Champ. Stand in back and consider your turret placement intelligently. Practice laying turrets in a pattern to trap the enemy in a triangle, fire your E to empower the turrets and you're gold.

Semi Pro Tip: Your ULT can be fired from a great distance, use that to your advantage while hiding.

For stolen powers, I prefer healing wave and Katana's Invulnerability for the power damage reflect. Both allow for some serious sustain in my experience.

This has been my first guide. I'm not a pro, never will be. I just try to have fun. Don't hate.
