  • Infinite Crisis has shut down.

With its departure, Dawnbase will be going into permanent read-only mode and will remain as both an archive of information about Infinite Crisis, and a reminder of the times we all had with the game.

Hats off to you all. It was a pleasure, ladies and gentlemen.

This is the first guide i've ever made and i hope it helps some of you realize that poison ivy is still a good character post nerf. This guide is for those of you who want to be a good assistant to a carry or other champion of your choice. If you're looking for a guide for a blaster type ivy i reccomend looking elsewhere. I feel other champs do a better job in that field.

Take endgame blaster as your amp set! If you can use camera effectivly solo you can sub out either stolen power for it, but i reccomend keeping consume as it opens new pathways and is useful for grabbing a quick jungle drone heal.

First and foremost, make sure to take big precaution as Ivy is very squishy early game, if you have a good lane partner you can stray a bit from your turret but be wary of being ganked. Harass with blow kiss and use root strike to set up rush downs or help your lane partner escape.

At 6 your ult isn't as useful since the nerf removed the heal, i reccomend placing it on an enemy to slow down their escape or help an ally escape. (If you find yourself not really using the ult just level the passive where you would level the ult.)

Around seven you should have at least level 2 lantern, level 2 logos, and should be working on level 1 or 2 ekron. Work on maxing lantern and logos, then either max ekron or start building a dreamstone.  Around 10 is where your cd reduction shines in and you'll see your passive heal much more frequent and the heal is actually useful unlike post october patch.

Once your core items are take either build for health or if you're doing very well pick up a Psi-scmitar for an added bang on your basic attacks allong with ekron's shockwave.
