Green Arrow is a fairly good laner when played well. When fed, he is also extremely destructive. On Coast City he is a as just as good for soloing top lane as any blaster and is good when coupled with almost any other champions, except other marksmen. Use your cameras on stealth pads effectively and make sure to use them effectively and pay attention to where the enemy puts their cams (if they have them). In early game poke with your E and R together for maximum damage output. when engaging E, basic attack, W basic attacks until end, it usually makes little difference whether or not you use your E or your W to R.
