  • Infinite Crisis has shut down.

With its departure, Dawnbase will be going into permanent read-only mode and will remain as both an archive of information about Infinite Crisis, and a reminder of the times we all had with the game.

Hats off to you all. It was a pleasure, ladies and gentlemen.

    Ability Order
I don't know much about ability order but I prefer to put points into her utility rather than her CC. I think having her shield and passive maxed earlier is much better than having a maxed 1 second stun on an 8 second cooldown.
I think with stacks from [[Abin Sur's Lantern (2)]] you will be getting more out of the improved shield and heal than duration from a knock up.

    Stolen Powers
As a support/controller you almost always want to be able to provide vision. To fight the neverending camera/vision wars, you need to take [[Green Arrow's Surveillance Camera]]. They let you destroy the enemy team's cameras, what more could a support ask for?!
Also, if you have the right amount of balls, you can take [[Nightmare Batman's Consume]] or [[Harley Quinn's Detonate]] to steal EMPs or help secure other objectives. [[Joker's Detonate]] works too, I just never use it because I am bad at Joker and never use him. (hehe)

    Starter Items
I like to start Nil Cloak modded with recylcing and a few hp and will pots. I believe it allows you to play a little more aggressively without taking too much of a beating.
If you want sustain in lane then make your first buy a modded The Medusa Mask (2) (the mod that places the Medisys passive on tier 2)
Usually, my first buy is Medusa's, but sometimes I go right for my [[Abin Sur's Lantern (2)]]. I have this modded as well to give me the accelerated Will Battery (2 stacks per skill use) because I haven't really discovered any super good mods I want to run on my support page.

    Core Items
I only put three core items in the little box because those are the only same items I buy every game (if they have a marksman). The other optional items are actually optional. They are based on the enemy team and what you need to survive against them.

[[Steel's Breastplate (3)]] : I usually build this item right after Abin Sur's 2. It has will, movement speed, attack armor, and the active makes you tankier. Usually this item allows you to run around and do Ivy things without any trouble. Plus it is fun to build attack armor against the marksmen you usually lane against.

[[Metallo's Heart (3)]] : This is another will/attack armor item (plus CDR). The passive on it (Dampening Aura) is super sweet when the enemy marksman has wicked attack speed goin'.

I feel like [[Abin Sur's Lantern (4)]] is self explanatory... Just build it up when ya feel like it, man.

    Optional Items
Hey, what the hell? The enemy team is all power damage?!
Do not fear, Power armor is here!
Entropy Aegis (4) : will, power armor, health. Praise Skill Block passive!
Kryptonian War Armor (4) : hp regen, power armor, move speed. A fancy passive that makes your passive heal you more, yay!
Oa Gambit (4) : If you decide to build a gambit early game, I'd go with Oa's. I like its active the most out of all the gambits (it grants shields to your allies). In the end though, I almost always find myself selling the gambits I build for different items. They still have utility though!

Alright, no more power armor hype.
Helm Of Fate (3) : attack armor, power damage, move speed. Combined with other attack armor items, you get a little more bonus power damage from the active (Mystical Conversion).
[[Pandora's Box (4)]] : CDR, move speed, power damage. This item has a useful active Blood Spirit that is good for utility.
[[Gorilla Grodd's Helmet (4)]] : I never buy this item but it isn't super terrible. It is an option.

I didn't include Suit Of Sorrows (4) or [[Ra's al Ghul's Robe (2)]]. They are both good situational items. I felt like my Optional Items box was already big enough.

Okay, that is all, bye bye

Yea, but the only reason it doesnt feel sustainable is because the pubs you're going against focus the 1 trick pony Ivy opposed to the carry.  And the point is to have more itemization on your first back when you come back into lane. take into account you have a passive that heals. sound like your positioning in lane needs to be tweaked to keep from getting haraased as much. Just a thought.

I used to do that but for some reason it doesn't seem as sustainy as when I go this route. It is the more logical way to start, and I still start that way on occasion. Either or, doesn't really matter much. Start off with a little more stats plus 3 charges on vial costing 750  or start off with something i am going to buy into later and 5 of each pots Meh.

Why not just start nil ring and Vile.... cost efficiant and more sustainable.... the amount of money youll spend on pots later on and the amount youll get back on selling nil ring..... not losing out at all. + the stats you get level 1 in return...
